Sentara Princess Anne Hospital is hiring a ***MRI Technologist *** This is a Flexi-Pool (PRN) position with rotating shift hours located in Virginia Beach, VA. Job Requirements - Required: 1 year experience in a Rad Tech position to include Radiologic Tech, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography or Ultrasound preferred. Completion of MRI school/MRI certificate program OR Graduate of 24-month program in radiologic technology required in lieu of experience. Six months
- Required: Must obtain ARRT MR advanced registry or ARMRIT within 2 years of hire (to include mergers and acquisitions). CNMT or ARDMS or ARRT or ARMRIT is required.
- Required: Communication
- Preferred: MR experience or completion of MR didactic program preferred.

Maintains adequate supply inventory for performing examinations. Explains examination and procedure to patient, and completes departmental documentation.
