Overview NetSuite Administrator role focused on the day-to-day management of NetSuite operations, user support, system enhancements, and future projects. This position supports cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, ensure data integrity, and enable NetSuite’s full capabilities. Responsibilities Manage and maintain NetSuite ERP, ensuring system stability and optimal performance. Administer user roles, permissions, and security settings. Provide daily support and troubleshooting for NetSuite-related issues. Collaborate with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to enhance system functionality. Design, test, and implement system configurations, workflows, and customizations. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches to support business intelligence. Lead and support NetSuite-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements. Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal IT teams to implement best practices and new features. Train end-users and develop documentation for system procedures. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including system administration and module implementation. Proven ability to configure NetSuite modules and manage system permissions, roles, workflows, and custom records. Experience building saved searches, dashboards, and reports to support cross-functional teams. Strong background in manufacturing environments — must be fluent in processes around inventory, WIP, BOM, MRP, and production operations.
