We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Principal Consultant – CRM to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of NetSuite CRM solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end NetSuite CRM implementations, with a deep understanding of customer relationship management processes and best practices. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage complex projects, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to understand their CRM requirements and business objectives. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design and configuration of NetSuite CRM solutions tailored to client needs. Oversee the implementation process, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets. Develop and execute data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition to NetSuite CRM. Customization & Integration: Customize NetSuite CRM modules to enhance functionality and meet specific client requirements. Integrate NetSuite CRM with other business systems to ensure cohesive operations. Training & Support: Provide training to client teams to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite CRM. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to address client concerns and optimize system performance. Project Management: Lead project teams, managing resources and coordinating efforts to deliver successful outcomes. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on track. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years of experience in NetSuite consulting, with a focus on CRM solutions. Proven experience leading multiple full-cycle NetSuite CRM implementations. Strong understanding of CRM processes, including sales, marketing, and customer service. Technical Skills: Proficiency in NetSuite CRM modules and related functionalities. Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for customization. Knowledge of data migration tools and integration methodologies. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven leadership and project management capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification or SuiteCloud Developer Certification. Experience with third-party CRM integrations and tools.
