Nursing Assistant, UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital

United Health Services is seeking a Nursing Assistant to join our Adult Med Surg department at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich, NY. This is a Per Diem position.

$16.67 - $24.61 per hour, depending on experience.

Overview

Performs basic patient care under supervision of the Registered Nurse and maintains the patient care and unit environment consistent with the policies, procedures and practices of the Nursing Division and United Health Services. Promotes a caring and healing environment for patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Completion of a Nurse’s Aide program
• Previous hospital or health care experience.

License/Certification

Preferred:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
