• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a-5p
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Type of cases and required procedures: Chemotherapy, Studies/Reads, Bone marrow biopsies preferred.
• Credentialing timeframe: To be determined
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Certifications required: Board certification, Drug Enforcement Administration license, Basic Life Support
• Licensure required: Active California license
