Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst - Team Lead
Xcelerate Solutions is seeking an OSINT Analyst Lead assessing contractor compliance with the physical security requirements of sensitive Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives (AA&E) contractors who manufacture, test, store, or transport for the Department of Defense. They will oversee and manage a team of OSINT analysts responsible for conducting comprehensive open-source research and analysis to identify and evaluate risks related to foreign ownership, control, and influence (FOCI). This position requires a proactive leader with deep expertise in intelligence analysis and strong problem-solving skills to support our entity vetting support services.

Location: Quantico, VA
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate directly with the PM and Deputy Chiefs for performance planning, training, targets, and results.
- Lead and manage a team of OSINT analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the review and analysis of government and industry-submitted packages to ensure content accuracy and identify risk indicators.
- Conduct risk treatment determinations and implement measures to address identified risk indicators.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of CFR 32, Part 117 (NISPOM), Executive Orders, DoD Instructions, and relevant public laws.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support risk management strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver internal and external briefings, reports, and other publications as required.
- Document and improve processes and procedures to optimize team performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical direction and feedback to the team.
- Conduct quality control reviews to ensure all analytical products adhere to established standards.
- Respond to requests for information from internal and external customers in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, market research, security, intelligence, or related field
- 8 years' of experience in risk analysis, competitive intelligence, commercial due diligence, finance, or mergers and acquisitions.
- 8 years' of experience in applying analytical standards to business intelligence, and security or intelligence data
- 8 years' of experience using commercial and proprietary business, legal, and intelligence databases and resources (e.g. Marigold, Panjiva, Bloomberg, Factiva, LexisNexis, BVD, PitchBook, Factset, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, Dunn & Bradstreet, Dow Jones, etc.)
- 8 years' of experience identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommended solutions
