Order Entry Customer Service Clerk

Location: Tolleson, Arizona

Schedule: MondayFriday, Fully Onsite

Pay Range: Starting at $20/hr- $22/hr (based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Enter customer orders with precision into our order management system
• Verify order details to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or questions
• Maintain organized records of orders and customer communications
• Provide friendly, professional support via phone and email
• Assist with general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly

What You Bring:

• Experience in order entry, data entry, or administrative support
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
