General: Order consolidation, processing and packaging.

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Fulfillment Associate to join our rapidly growing e-commerce fulfillment and print on demand production team. This role requires an individual who is responsible, organized, and capable of hitting critical KPI metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of order fulfillment processes at a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all orders are fulfilled and shipped on time, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
• Foster a positive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration among team members
• Seeking opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency

Requirements:

• Some experience in a similar e-commerce and warehousing environment
• Strong work ethic with being a team player as well as self motivated.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience with e-commerce platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
