Job Description

The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine, Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA is currently seeking qualified applicants who are fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine and have an interest in aligning with a nationally recognized and growing Department. The new faculty member will be expected to make clinical, academic and research contributions to the department.

1. Each location is staffed by a team of board-certified orthopaedic surgeons and physicians, licensed physical therapists, and certified athletic trainers. Radiology services are available at all our sites.
3. The Sports Medicine Division has an established athletic trainer outreach program, with ATC’s embedded in high schools throughout the area

Candidate Qualifications

1. BE/BC in Orthopaedic Surgery,
2. trained in an ACGME accredited fellowship program
3. possess the credentials for a faculty appointment at a minimum level of Assistant Professor.

• Ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania prior to employment
