Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience in B2B environments. As a key player in our sales team, you will utilize your expertise in territory management, lead generation, and customer service to drive growth and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships through effective account management strategies.
  • Develop and implement business development plans to expand market share and increase product adoption.
  • Present product demos and technical solutions to clients, demonstrating value propositions tailored to their needs.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
  • Engage in cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals successfully while maintaining company profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and lead generation initiatives to maximize outreach efforts.
  • Conduct territory management by analyzing market trends, identifying potential clients, and planning sales routes effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Experience in product demos, upselling, and technical sales is highly desirable.
  • Background in management or business development roles is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities within sales environments.
  • Excellent analysis skills for evaluating market data, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Prior experience in territory management, lead generation, inside sales, retail sales, or cold calling will be advantageous.
