Position Overview:

We’re seeking a dependable, experienced Painter to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and can handle residential interior and exterior painting projects with care and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and paint residential interiors and exteriors to company standards
• Perform proper surface prep (caulking, sanding, patching, priming, masking, etc.)
• Apply coatings using brush, roller, and/or spray techniques
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate clearly with crew leaders and homeowners
• Ensure quality control and attention to detail on every project
• Represent J Stock’s Painting LLC with professionalism and respect

Requirements:

• 2+ years of residential painting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of prep work and various paint applications
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently or as part of a small crew
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Must be dependable, punctual, and take pride in your craft
