Now Hiring: Part-Time Janitorial Cleaners Metairie, LA

CBS Building Maintenance is currently hiring reliable janitorial cleaners in Metairie Louisianafor a part-time position. The job is 3 days a week, 2 hours per day. While the specific days of the week are mandatory, the time you choose to complete your shift is flexible, as long as you remain consistent.

You will work with fellow employees and interact professionally with clients and staff at all levels. The ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly about tasks is important for success in this role.

Key Accountabilities

• 
  Vacuuming
• 
  Edging
• 
  Dusting
• 
  Cleaning and stocking restrooms and breakrooms
• 
  Window cleaning
• 
  Emptying trash and transporting to proper disposal area
• 
  Sweeping and mopping floors
• 
  May perform other duties as assigned
  

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• 
  To perform the necessary functions and tasks of the job you are required to: Stand 33%, Walk >66%, Sit < 10%

  Reach above shoulders < 33%
• 
  Push/pull and grasp with hands and arms 33-50%
•
