RemX by Employbridge is seeking a Family Law Paralegal for an opportunity in Mt. Laurel, NJ.

They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Family Law Paralegal to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of family law procedures and possess excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills. You will support attorneys in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, declarations, financial disclosures, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements.
• Prepare court forms and filings, ensuring compliance with local rules and deadlines.
• Manage case calendars, track court dates, and maintain case files.
• Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
• Coordinate with courts, process servers, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion in sensitive family matters.
• Must have two plus years of family law experience.

The salary range for this position is between 55K-65K commensurate with experience. The hours are from 9:00-5:00. This position will start in-office, but after three months it will be hybrid.
