Part-Time Data Entry Specialist in La Jolla, CA Location: La Jolla, CA Company: Real Estate Firm Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 20-30 hours/week (Flexible hours) Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (Initially part-time, potential to expand to full-time) Pay Rate: $26-$30 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities:

• Manage a heavy backlog of administrative and compliance documentation for transactions (including dispositions, acquisitions, and refinances).
• Transfer physical files into electronic format and ensure proper digital filing and organization.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Maintain digital and physical records in compliance with company standards.
• Assist with uploading and organizing files in SharePoint.
• Track and monitor document status using DocuSign workflows.
• Respond to internal requests for documentation and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and reduce backlog.

Requirements:

• Strong administrative and data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Experience using SharePoint.
• Familiarity with DocuSign and Yardi is a plus.
• Reliable and consistent work ethic.
• Prior administrative or data entry experience.
