Job Description

Vendo is looking for a strategic E-Commerce Graphic Designer to join the Creative team. This role will report to the VP of Creatives and will develop e-commerce design templates and creative projects to optimize sales conversions for direct-to-consumer retail product listings. The role will also be responsible for contributing innovative design thinking and creative problem solving for design projects throughout omni-channels including Amazon,  Walmart.com , and more. The ideal candidate has a passion for design, great attention to detail, knows how to turn vision into execution, has no fear of large projects, looming deadlines, or immediate turn arounds, and an interest in e-commerce.

What You’ll Do: +Contribute to company success by providing subject matter expertise in the development of creative ideation and execution+Ideate and develop ownable illustration artwork and new design systems and templates that align with established brand style guidelines and business objectives for various e-commerce clients in different categories+Create main product imagery, infographics, product detail pages, brand stores, promotional, social graphics, etc. on both Amazon and  Walmart.com +Partner with content marketing and creative team to ensure standards, templates, and approaches to asset development is aligned and synchronized+Edit existing designs to ensure visual style consistency across different brands+Collect critiques from the VP of Creatives/team and effectively implement changes to design work+Identify and offer solutions or improvements for creative and business challenges+Successfully prioritize assignments and manage appropriate timelines and deliverables with attention to detail

What You’ll Bring: +Minimum of 3+ years of experience+Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, or other related fields a plus+Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite required, Figma a plus+Understand illustration, typography, color theory, and layout systems+Strong conceptual thinker with high fidelity creative and technical design and attention to detail+Ability to share and work as a collaborative team player in a fast paced environment+Strong understanding of creative development processes and needs across multiple media types including digital, print, and video+Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience leading design critiques with actionable feedback+Experience in Click up or similar project management software a plus+Amazon,  Walmart.com , and ecommerce experience a plus+Please provide portfolio when applying
