About the Role:
Join Ellie Mental Health as a Part Time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist in Latham, NY! We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to provide exceptional care and support to our clients in a welcoming and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions for diverse client populations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote mental wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their concerns.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Current licensure as an LMHC or LMFT in New York State.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outpatient mental health settings.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for helping others and promoting mental health awareness.
• Flexibility to accommodate a part-time schedule with evening and weekend availability.
