Aloha! G2 Secure Staff is expanding and looking to add to the Passenger Assistance Agent/Wheelchair Agent operations at Kahului Airport (OGG)
Title: Passenger Assistance Agent/Wheelchair Agent
Pay Rate: $14.50+ Tips
Shift: All
The Passenger Assistance Agent is responsible for meeting inbound and outbound flights to provide services for passengers needing special assistance with wheelchairs and aisle chairs. You will play a crucial role in assisting passengers with mobility needs at our facility.
Duties:
· Provide Special assistance as well as general information and directions to passengers, as requested
· Meet inbound arrivals as requested to provide exceptional services (courtesy chairs, walk assistance through the terminal)
· Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
· Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
Requirements:
· Must be 18 years or older & submit to a drug screen and background check as condition of employment
· Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successfully completing a background check and ten-year work history.
· Must have a reliable mode of transportation
· Ability to communicate, read and interpret documents such as safety rules in the English language
· Must also possess and utilize effective listening skills
