About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated PCA Personal Care Aid to join our team in the Health Care Services industry. As a PCA Personal Care Aid, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to our patients in the VA area. Your primary goal will be to assist patients with their daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting any changes in their health status to the nursing staff.

As a PCA Personal Care Aid, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care to our patients. Additionally, your ability to work in a team and provide emotional support to patients and their families will be crucial in this role. Finally, your experience working with elderly or disabled individuals will be highly valued in this position.
