Beach Kids Therapy Center has an IMMEDIATE full time position for an energetic, motivated Occupational Therapist or COTA! Additional compensation available for SWC and CLASI certification. Come work in one of our fantastic, fully equipped facilities in beautiful San Clemente or Laguna Hills, California. We have a phenomenal team with many specialty areas including feeding, behavior, Floor Time, AAC, sensory integration, nutritional interventions, and more! Our team also works together to provide in-house events as well as community outreach activities.
Our practice has a strong emphasis on integrative and holistic interventions such as clean nutrition, natural non-toxic toys and equipment, access to mental health support , and much more!
We focus on creating a positive and growth-oriented company culture for our team. This includes weekly departmental meetings, clinical team meetings, as well as opportunities for program development and career growth.
Our San Clemente location boasts a 18,000 square foot facility that houses Beach Kids Therapy Center, Watson Sports Performance & Rehabilitation, as well as a FULL WORKOUT GYM , with memberships free to all employees.

Beach Kids Therapy Center is a privately-owned, pediatric inter-disciplinary therapy clinic, specializing in sensory integration, autism spectrum disorders, and developmental delays.
