How youll make an impact:
As a Photographer and Photo Editor at SiriusXM/Pandora, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with celebrities in the entertainment and music industry. You will capture captivating images and create engaging content for all of our media platforms. You will be responsible for photographing talent during events, performances, interviews, as well as editing and retouching images to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.

What youll do:

• Photograph the talent from the entertainment and music industries.
• Capture compelling, high-quality images using professional photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and accessories.
• Edit and retouch photos to enhance image quality, color correction, and composition using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Assist with photo selection and curation for various platforms, including websites, social media, marketing materials, newsletter emails and publications.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited photos and maintain organized digital asset management systems.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in photography and photo editing.
• Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and creative discussions to contribute innovative ideas and planning for upcoming event shoots.
• Maintain and organize photo archives for easy access and retrieval
• Manage and coordinate a network of freelance photographers, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver on creative briefs.
• Develop and maintain schedules for photo shoots, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project timelines.
• Handle some budgeting and financial management aspects related to freelance photography services, ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Provide guidance and support to freelance photographers, ensuring they adhere to company standards and project requirements.

What youll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing photography and editing skills across different genres (e.g., portrait, product, landscape).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Knowledge of photography techniques, lighting principles, and composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Maintain total professionalism with working with celebrity clientele
• Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $61,900 - $63,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
