Responsibilities

• Managing daily production activities to ensure efficiency and product quality
  
• Leading, coaching, and supporting team members for peak performance
  
• Troubleshooting production and equipment challenges promptly
  
• Driving continuous improvements to optimize workflow and reduce waste
  
• Overseeing machine maintenance and coordinating repairs
  
• Enforcing safety practices and conducting regular safety checks
  
• Monitoring inventory and collaborating with supply chain teams
  
• Maintaining accurate production documentation and reporting to management
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in plastics manufacturing, preferably with leadership duties
  
• Solid understanding of plastic molding processes and quality control
  
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education a plus
  
• Ability to work on your feet and handle physical demands of the role
