Job Summary Monday to Friday 10:30am-7:30pm Primary duties of this position are to assist in packaging shipments. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Package industrial electronics and related components for shipment Maintain an organized shipping environment Keep shipments on schedule Any other duties as directed by supervisor or management. May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned. Knowledge & Skills Required Strong computer proficiency Ability to multi-task Ability to work at fast pace Attention to detail Problem solving abilities Good communication skills Metric & Measurement Package handling: employee must maintain standard packaging procedures that assure accuracy while adjusting the volume of work. Packaging counts are measured and checked for accuracy against standard. Employee must continue to maintain accuracy throughout the month for the bonus program. Employee will be evaluated on the accuracy of the orders packaged and their performance level as measured against volume demand. Employee will need to average 21 points per, 120 boxes per day. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required Physical Demands Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling Frequent walking Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion Lifting requirements: frequent lifting up to 150 pounds and continuous lifting up to 10 pounds Bonus/Commission Plan Eligible for commission after successful completion of introductory 90 days. #J-18808-Ljbffr Roeslein & Associates
