We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Plumber & Estimator with excellent communication abilities to join our team. In this role, you will not only manage plumbing projects but also be responsible for accurately estimating costs for a variety of residential and commercial plumbing jobs. You will play a key role in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction, while also ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of plumbers on various residential and commercial plumbing projects.
• Accurately estimate costs for plumbing projects, including materials, labor, and time.
• Ensure all plumbing work meets local codes and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior plumbers.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Report project progress and estimates to management regularly.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of the plumbing trade, including codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong experience in estimating plumbing projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the plumbing trade, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
