Title: Pre-Construction Manager
Location: Exeter, NH
Shift: Typically Mon - Fri, normal hours with occasional weekends flexible hours as needed.
Compensation: $125k - $165k depending on experience

Travel: Occasional travel to job sites. Primarily in office work

Position Description :
Company is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager that will be primarily assigned to the Exeter, NH office. The Pre-Construction Manager will provide overall administrative and technical direction prior to construction for medium-to-large size projects or direct several small projects. They will oversee total construction planning and scheduling to prepare for upcoming contracted projects. This includes interfacing with client representatives, A/E representatives, union officials, subcontractors, security, etc. The manager develops and maintains project schedules for assigned projects. They will authorize and approve all project personnel transactions and ensure all company, client and project policies, procedures, standards are adhered to.

Requirements:
Candidates for this role should have trade experience from their military service such as Navy Nukes, electricians, gas turbines, etc as well as having previous leadership roles. Candidates should have previous construction experience and ready to move into their next role. Candidates for the Pre-Construction Manager role should have the experience to know what goes into a construction project in order to accurately plan, prepare materials and items needed for upcoming projects for CMs that are in the field.
