The Preview Confirmation Agent will be responsible for calling all guests that have a preview scheduled to confirm their appointment to insure the highest show rate possible for tours. The Agent is also responsible to check voicemail messages and return calls to guests when needed and respond to any questions the guests may have by providing the highest quality of service possible.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Call all guests that have a preview scheduled to confirm their appointment to insure the highest show rate possible for tours.
  • Assist the supervisor / manager with any other duties requested.
  • Must maintain the utmost integrity while dealing with our owners and guests. Must maintain constant communication with the Manager of Resort Guest Services and Director of Sales for all exceptions and incidents.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
  • Customer services and/or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.
  • Dependable and goal oriented.
  • Self-directed and independent but works as a team player.
  • Persuasive interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of an idea, plan, activity, service or product from guests and co-workers.
  • Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, high energy level, and positive attitude.
  • Pursuit of continuous improvement, enhance or increase personal knowledge and skills that will assist in job performance.
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of timeshare.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance priorities.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills are required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
