Job Description

Our client is an international design collective who are looking for an experienced Landscape Architect with a passion for technical direction to join their LA office. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge of site systems, and a passion for elevating the design integrity of the built environment.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

• Lead the development of technical documents, including CDs, planting plans, grading and drainage, hardscape details, and irrigation design
• Guide the landscape team in design development and documentation across all project phases
• Oversee quality control, constructibility reviews, and compliance with codes, standards, and sustainability guidelines
• Mentor junior and mid-level landscape designers and technical staff.
• Participate in client meetings
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, materials, and construction methods relevant to landscape architecture

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
• 15+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture with a strong technical emphasis
• Licensed Landscape Architect
