Responsibilities Responsible for high quality sports content and creators’ growth, to bring more creativity and value to TikTok. Deeply understand the needs of sports rights‑holders, athletes/celebrities, and creators; refine product requirements for both consumer and business ends; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement strategies, continuously improving product and operational efficiency. Analyze trends in content products and the sports industry ecosystem to identify effective growth opportunities. Work closely with Content Operations, Product, and Data Science teams to drive business success. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience in internet strategy and product operations. In‑depth understanding of the U.S. sports industry and a passion for sports content. Proficiency in English as the primary working language, with excellent cross‑cultural understanding, communication and persuasion, organizational coordination, and execution skills. Results‑driven. Strong logical thinking skills, capable of understanding complex business scenarios and demands, defining problems, and breaking down solutions. Exceptional user insight capabilities, with the ability to deeply understand the needs of rights‑holders and creators. Solid data analysis skills. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in using Chinese as working language as the role will have some collaboration with local and global teams, including teams based in China where Chinese will be used in daily work. Proficiency in SQL is a plus. Job Information Compensation: $110,223 - $248,400 annually (base salary plus potential bonuses and RSUs).
