Production Manager(Printing)

• Experience with a wide range of printing equipment, including Heidelberg, Canon, Xerox, and offset presses
• Printing Industry experience
• Manufacturing Industry experience
• Using Continuous Improvement tools

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safety audits
• Set goals for performance and deadlines.
• Using Continuous Improvement tools.
• Planning and implementation of productivity, equipment or process improvement efforts.
• Conduct Quality audits on products moving through-out the plant.
• Ensure labor tracking is timely and accurate.
• Provide training for plant staff.
• Ensure preventive maintenance programs.
• Assist in budgeting for production materials, labor, and equipment needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 plus years of Production Management experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Experience with a wide range of printing equipment, including Heidelberg, Canon, Xerox, and offset presses.
• Production Planning
• Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Proven experience in reducing plant production costs, and in increasing safety standards.
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
