Production Supervisor

A well-established snack food manufacturing facility is seeking a Production Supervisor due to growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 40 hourly employees across automated packaging and processing lines.
• Foster a safe, team-oriented environment to produce high-quality products.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coach employees, and administer corrective actions as needed.
• Analyze production data and suggest improvements to optimize processes.
• Address quality, safety, downtime, and production issues promptly.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: BS/BA degree required, preferably in Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, Business, or Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing supervision, ideally in high-speed packaging or food or CPG manufacturing / processing environment.
• Skills: Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, six-sigma, or other continuous improvement tools.
• Attributes: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Technical: Proficiency in tracking KPIs, using spreadsheets, and other computer applications.
• Work Status: Must be authorized to work in Canada

Bonus Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
• Union environment experience.
