Consider joining us! $17.50-18.00/hour; Hybrid role (2-3 days in the office/2-3 days remote work from home); FT M-F, 8am-5pm Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to work directly with Debt Management Program clients, creditors and counselors to create and maintain a Debt Management Program that assists the clients to liquidate their debts in a reasonable timeframe while working within the guidelines of their creditors and requirements of their state of residence. Qualifications and Requirements: Accounting degree preferred, 1 year of accounting experience required. Two year degree or equivalent related education/experience required. A minimum of one year of experience is required with strong focus on banking, payables/receivable bookkeeping, and/or customer service. Computer literacy (including experience with spreadsheets and word processing), budgeting skills and customer service background are required. Must be eligible for bonding, and have a positive credit bureau report. Excellent problem solving, analytical, and time management skills required. Effective interpersonal and communication skills required. Must be a team player and able to collaborate with others to ensure quality service delivery.
