Summary :The applicant would be constructing a customer scorecard dashboard that summarizes performance metrics specified by each customer and for each Astemo North America manufacturing site. Using customer interfacing portals, scorecard information would be exported, key scorecard performance metrics selected, and the data transferred over to a dashboard summary. The Applicant would be required to work closely with the Corporate Quality team and AM Region QA members to setup a centralized storage location for all customer scorecards to be archived and to confirm the dashboard data is accurate and free from errors.
