Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties for the right price and terms
Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
Promote sales through effective advertising, open houses, and listing services
Present properties to potential buyers and address their questions and concerns
Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties
Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Minimum age of 18+
