Responsibilities: • Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Close listing appointments • Lead follow-up • Lead generation • Close Sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • One year of work experience in real estate • Has a real estate license • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • Must have working rights in the USA About Company: This is an opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams, with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
