Your Responsibilities as a Real Estate Agent:

  1. Enhance client relationships to increase repeat and referral business.
  2. Conduct buyer and seller consultations to align clients with the perfect properties.
  3. Host showings and open houses to effectively market listings.
  4. Guide clients through the entire process from listing to closing.
  5. Stay informed on market trends and pricing to confidently advise clients.

Requirements:

  1. An active Real Estate License.
  2. At least 6 transactions closed in the past 12 months .
  3. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with technology.
  4. A driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset.

Compensation:

Commission-based | $96,000 – $300,000+ per year (based on performance).
