Job Description

 

We are seeking a driven and proactive recruiter who excels at building meaningful connections and turning potential into real results. This role is ideal for a tenacious professional who goes beyond simply filling roles to genuinely shaping careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with candidates to understand their skills, goals, and aspirations, matching them to suitable opportunities while supporting their career development.

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and build trusted relationships with clients through networking and community engagement.

  • Manage your workload independently, consistently meet targets, and take initiative to deliver results.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and continuously expand your recruiting expertise to adapt in a dynamic market

    Source, screen, and interview candidates across various roles
  • Onboard and support new hires through orientation and training.

  • Represent company values and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Prepare and present reports and documentation to leadership.

  • Coordinate employee engagement and recognition initiatives.

  • Maintain organized, accurate employee records.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting/ talent acquisition experience 

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.

  • Ability to build rapport 

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
