Job Title: Professional Recruiter

Position Summary:

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Full Desk Recruiter to join our growing team in NE Atlanta. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by both relationship-building and results. As a full desk recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full sales and recruitment cycle—from business development and client acquisition to sourcing, screening, and placing top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Order Fulfillment:

• Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including posting jobs, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and organized records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Ensure high fill ratios and quick turnaround times on open orders.

Collaboration & Strategy:

• Work closely with the leadership team to develop client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Participate in local networking events, chamber meetings, and industry groups to build brand presence and generate leads.
• Continuously analyze market data to anticipate hiring trends and client needs.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in full desk recruiting, staffing agency, or a similar high-volume sales/recruiting role.
• Proven track record in business development and filling orders across multiple verticals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and sourcing platforms.
• Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
