JOB ID 22774 – Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Tallahassee, FL, 32308 – This position is onsite

Pay: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on experience

Type: Contract to hire

Shift: Mon- Fri 8am-5:00pm Est

Job description:

1. Manage Candidate Screening & Interviews: Review applications in the applicant tracking system, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
2. Provide Candidate Support: Familiarize candidates with corporate benefit programs and respond to related inquiries accurately.
3. Recruitment Marketing & Networking: Assist in creating and publishing job ads across various platforms and build relationships with educational institutions and professional groups.
4. Track & Report Hiring Metrics: Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire to support data-driven decisions.
5. Engage Talent Pools & Events: Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles, and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.

Nice to have:

• Associate’s Degree

Requirements:

• Must have (1) year of recent recruiting or human resources support
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
