Title: Regional Safety & Compliance Manager

We’re hiring a Regional Safety & Compliance Manager to oversee DOT compliance and safety for our drivers. You’ll manage driver qualification files, ensure adherence to FMCSA regulations, lead audits, handle accident reporting, and oversee driver safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure FMCSA compliance: driver logs, DOT physicals, licenses, DQFs.

Review and approve driver documentation; escalate non-compliance.

Maintain driver records and update compliance databases.

Administer drug/alcohol testing, Passenger Policy, and Safety Bonus Programs.

Monitor expiring credentials and ensure timely renewals.

Support accident response and escalating incidents as needed.

Conduct audits with Regional Managers and promote fleet safety.

What You Bring:

5+ years in DOT/FMCSA compliance or fleet safety.

Strong knowledge of driver safety regulations and recordkeeping.

Experience managing safety programs across multiple regions.

Clear communicator with solid judgment and attention to detail.

CDL or Safety Certification is a plus.

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
