Coppergate Global is seeking individuals for the role of Relocation/Destination Services Consultant, welcoming relocating employees to your area (approximately within a 45-mile radius). Responsibilities include assisting with settlement elements such as Social Security Applications, Area Tours, Property Viewings, and School Visits. The ideal candidate should have a professional image, strong communication, and customer service skills. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a flexible, as-needed schedule. Coppergate Global, a division of National Corporate Housing, is a global leader in temporary housing program management for business travel and relocations. We are expanding our Destination Services division. Responsibilities Support relocating employees and their families Provide expert knowledge about the city, rental market, schools, Social Security, etc. Ensure a smooth transition for families into new communities Build rapport, communicate effectively, research, and deliver customized information promptly Maintain positive relationships with property managers and landlords through professional communication Represent the company professionally at all times Perform additional duties as needed Requirements Minimum two years of community residence Experience in property management or realty is preferred Interest in and comfort with diverse cultures Access to a reliable, clean vehicle Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Availability between Monday – Saturday, 8AM – 5PM Ideal for candidates seeking part-time work or with personal commitments Multilingual skills are a bonus Realtor’s license is required Benefits Competitive flat-rate fees starting at $150 for a half-day service Flexible work schedule Coppergate Global is an equal opportunity employer.
