Job Summary:
Thrive Homes is seeking a Qualified Agent (QA) with an active residential general contractor's license in the state of Illinois. This individual will act as the QA for the company's residential general contracting projects in Illinois. A successful candidate will ensure that all projects comply with Illinois' state regulations and licensing requirements. The QA works closely with project managers and other team members to oversee the success of residential projects when needed, particularly those related to ADA renovations and home modifications.
