Evolution Sports Group is a leading provider of remote health coaching services. We are dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized coaching and support. Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Health Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and wellness, as well as experience in remote coaching. As a Remote Health Coach, you will work closely with clients to provide personalized coaching and support to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual coaching sessions with clients to provide support and guidance in achieving their health and wellness goals
- Develop personalized health and wellness plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support and motivation
- Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other relevant topics
- Utilize technology and digital platforms to communicate with clients and track their progress
- Collaborate with other health professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients
- Stay up-to-date on the latest health and wellness research and trends to continuously improve coaching methods and strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in health science, nutrition, or a related field
- Certified Health Coach or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in health coaching, preferably in a remote setting
- Strong knowledge of health and wellness principles, including nutrition, exercise, and stress management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using technology and digital platforms for coaching and communication
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of clients effectively
- Passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals
