Overview Remote Healthcare Recruiter – Physical Therapy Must reside in: WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, CO, AZ, TX, OK, SD, ND, MO, MN At Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), we believe in making a real difference—for our patients and our team. In this fully remote role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions across our network. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, build strong pipelines, and bring creative sourcing strategies to life. What you’ll bring Required: Multi-site healthcare recruitment experience Preferred: Experience recruiting PTs, PTAs, OTs, or COTAs Strong sourcing skills (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, etc.) A consultative, data-informed approach to hiring What you’ll do Own the recruitment process from start to finish Build relationships with hiring leaders and candidates Represent PRN at virtual events and across social platforms, as well as, while traveling to markets for occasional hiring events.
