Remote Travel Coordinator Opportunity
We’re seeking organized individuals who enjoy planning and coordinating details. As a Remote Travel Coordinator, you will help clients navigate every step of their travel planning. This role is perfect for people who are detail-oriented, enjoy research, and love working with travelers to create smooth and stress-free experiences.
Coordinate travel arrangements including hotels, flights, transportation, and activities
Help clients compare destinations, packages, resort options, and pricing
Organize and update travel itineraries with accurate information
Monitor travel advisories, weather updates, and important requirements
Communicate available promotions and deals to help clients save
Work closely with travel suppliers to secure availability and preferred rooms
Guide clients through planning decisions, changes, and special requests
Provide clear communication before, during, and after the trip
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear communication and friendly customer service
Ability to multitask and manage several bookings
Comfortable with technology and online booking tools
Must be at least 18 and authorized to work in approved regions
