Responsibilities

• Leading an installation crew for residential HVAC change outs.
• Ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with team members and management to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC (preferred).
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• EPA Type II certification (preferred).

Compensation

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 , commensurate with experience.
