Job Description

We are searching for a  Director of Operations to join our team and help support the restaurant operations for all levels. You will be responsible for developing several markets including the growth plans.

Director of Operations Responsibilities:

• Be a true brand champion and leader with your team, vendors, and the public
• Develop strong relationships with franchisees, helping to drive sales and increase store volume
• Provide support, leadership, and guidance to Area Managers
• Assist in the development of goals and business plans

Director of Operations ​Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in restaurants involved in inventory management, P&L, sales, and customer service
• Available for travel approximately 75% of the time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
