Our beautiful Baleen restaurant is looking for a passionate Restaurant General Manager with an outgoing personality, that wants to elevate the dining experience, while creating memories for guests, to lead the team. With this opportunity, you will;

• Oversee the day to day operations of Baleen services and team members
• Enforce resort standards, policies and procedures with Baleen team
• Input and access information into P.O.S. system
• Direct performance of Baleen team
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, portion sizes, sauces garnishes and prices
• Knowledge of all daily specials an 86'd items
• Knowledge of daily house count, arrivals/departures and VIP member reservations
• Know scheduled in-house group activities, locations and times
• Knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non alcoholic selections available in Baleen
• Establish par levels for supplies and equipment
• Requisition linens/skirting required for business and assign team to bring to Baleen
• Work with the Baleen Management Team to prepare schedules in accordance with labor forecasts and business levels
• Coach and develop team members to perform to the standards expected in a fine dining establishment
• Assign work and side duties for team members and communicate additions or changes to assignments
• Ensure the cleanliness of all service areas are in compliance with department of health and resort expectations
• Review the reservation book, pre-assign designated tables and follow up on all special requests
• Ensure that specified amount of menus and wine lists are available and in good condition for each meal period
• Handle guest opportunities on first impact and ensure that all guests have an experience up to Noble House Hotels standards
• Access all functions of the P.O.S. system
• Ensure all closing duties for team are completed before sign out
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly payroll and tip distribution records
• Manage financial requirements of the job, working cross functionally with the finance team on budgeting
• Conduct monthly wine and service training with team

You can own it if you have,

• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in fine dining Restaurant Management
• Attend and participate in-services as required by federal, state, and company requirements
• Must be able to communicate to guests, and resolve issues in an expedient manner
• Must be detail oriented, to ensure the restaurant and team meet the standards of excellence expected by our guests.
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, work long hours as needed, and lift up to 25 pounds.
