We are a small, family-owned business with deep roots in the Compton community , and we’re looking for a friendly and dependable Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team. We specialize in natural foods, herbal medicine, and wellness products , and we’re seeking someone who shares our passion for health, community, and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner
Provide information about our natural and plant-based products
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain a clean, organized retail space
Assist with packaging and labeling of in-store products
Help customers find the right products for their needs
Lift boxes and restock shelves (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
Contribute to a positive, community-focused store environment
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable using a cash register and basic point-of-sale systems
Able to lift and move products up to 50 lbs
Retail experience is a plus, but not required — training will be provided
Preferred (Not Required):
Interest in natural foods, vegan lifestyles, and herbal remedies
Familiarity with wellness or health-related retail products
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
