What You’ll Do as a Salon Manager

• Lead by Example: Cut hair at least 36 hours a week to inspire and guide your team.
  
• Build a Strong Team: Recruit, train, and coach stylists to grow their skills and confidence.
  
• Create a Winning Environment: Foster a fun, supportive, and goal-driven culture.
  
• Keep Operations Smooth: Oversee scheduling, manage salon goals, and ensure seamless communication with Area Managers.
  

What You Bring to the Table

• A valid cosmetology license (MN required).
  
• A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop others.
  
• Time management and problem-solving skills to keep everything running smoothly.
  
• A commitment to working 5 weekend shifts per month.
