Our client, a leader in manufacturing and facility maintenance, is seeking a Sanitation Worker to join their team. As a Sanitation Worker, you will be part of the operations support team supporting the cleanliness and safety of the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sanitation Worker
Location: Bristol, IN
Pay Range: $16.65 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift - Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
What's the Job?
Clean and sanitize production equipment and machines
Maintain cleanliness of the production floor, restrooms, break rooms, and office areas
Sweep, mop, and scrub floors as needed
Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas
Clean and maintain the parking lot and outdoor areas
What's Needed?
Previous cleaning or sanitation experience required
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
