As a Manager in the SAP Offering, you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Consulting LLP and the SAP Offering in a variety of ways, including: Client Service: Advise clients on leading practices and technology/industry trends, build lasting relationships, and manage the day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Delivery: Manage and deliver SAP implementation projects—identify organizational needs, define business or technology architecture, oversee solution design and implementation, and manage team activities and progress. Eminence: Contribute to go-to-market and internal initiatives to drive growth, efficiency, quality, and staff knowledge. People Development: Mentor and coach junior staff, support onboarding, and provide leadership on projects and in offices. Business Development: Participate in sales pursuits, develop client relationships, and establish Deloitte as a trusted advisor. The team Deloitte's SAP practice helps clients transition from legacy systems to enterprise-wide solutions through efficient design and implementation of SAP solutions. Our work focuses on process improvement, technology, and innovation to support business strategies, scalability, and modernization with SAP digital solutions. Qualifications Required: At least 5 years of SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment or internal industry role. Knowledge and implementation experience with SAP procurement modules, SAP Ariba, and SAP MM. S4 HANA implementation experience. Participation in at least 2 SAP Supply Chain/Direct Procurement implementations, with one in a lead role. Ability to travel up to 50%. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Desired: Knowledge of SAP APO, SAP PP, SAP SRM. Experience with Accounts Payable and Vendor Payment processes. Understanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies. Signavio experience. Greenfield implementation experience. Master's degree preferred. Additional information Salary range: $113,325 to $188,875, based on experience and other factors. Opportunities for discretionary incentives may also be available.
